Be The Change carries out compassionate action in the world. We want to create a positive change in the lives of everyone we reach, and everyone we dont by impacting the planet as a whole.
Our Futures project aims to assist communities in creating bright futures for themselves and future generations. We achieve this by offering Vocational training to adults, enabling them to afford school fees for their own children or children in their care. Also via our child sponsorship program where you can directly give a child this opportunity yourself.
Our Conservation project targets two causes that are the most pressing right now. Orangutan and gorilla conservation, and the forests that they inhabit. Forests are some of the most precious landscapes on the planet. Not only are they the most biodiverse environments we have, they are the earth’s lungs and provide essential protection against the negative impacts of our way of life (that is polluting and changing our climate and ecosystems). We work with a number of charities to help protect these vulnerable forests and the wildlife within them.
